Free shipping on orders $79 and over, calculated on the bag subtotal at checkout.

Below $79, several options at checkout: Standard, Priority and Express, priced by weight and destination.

Domestic orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7. International varies by destination.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or not as described, write to us within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

First-time customers may return unopened products in original condition within 30 days, for store credit. Return shipping is at your expense. Credit is issued after we receive and inspect the item.

After a first order, returns are limited to damaged or incorrect items. Personal-care products, once opened, are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
