Hydrating Body Cream — Lavender + Chamomile

Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Distillate, Aqua (Water), Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Emulsifying Wax NF, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Vegetable Glycerin*, Gluconolactone, Sodium Benzoate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil*, Matricaria Chamomilla (Chamomile) Flower Oil*, Tocopherol (Vitamin E)**.

Contains linalool and other constituents of the lavender and chamomile essential oils.

The preservative pair (gluconolactone and sodium benzoate) is a plant- and sugar-derived system. No parabens, no phthalates, no formaldehyde-releasing preservatives.

Scoop a small amount and massage into hands or body. Dense formulas soak in slower than lotions — give it a minute before dressing or handling fabric. A little goes a long way.

For sensitive skin: patch-test on the inner arm before regular use.

We looked at sixteen creams and balms. Nearly all came in plastic jars or laminate tubes — plastic against the product for every day of its life. We kept the ones in glass, metal and cardboard.

This one passes The Standard. The body-contact components are the cream and the glass jar. The cream is water, plant oils, aloe, emulsifying wax, vegetable glycerin, a plant- and sugar-derived preservative pair, and lavender plus chamomile essential oils.

The container is a 4 oz glass jar with a metal screw-top lid.
