No synthetic fragrance, no synthetic dyes, no optical brighteners, no SLS, no synthetic enzymes, no synthetic preservatives.

For a standard top-loader: about 1 fluid ounce per load.
For HE machines: about half that. Pour into the detergent drawer or directly into the drum.

We evaluated fourteen laundry and dish soaps. Most arrived in plastic jugs. Pods looked like the answer until we read the film — polyvinyl alcohol, a plastic that dissolves but does not disappear. Three passed.
This one: The body-contact components are your hands while pouring and your skin indirectly via residue on the washed fabric. The detergent is two plant- and mineral-derived ingredients with water as the carrier — among the shortest formulas in the laundry category.

The bottle is glass with a metal cap. No plastic anywhere in the packaging.
